The Role
Position Title: Client Account Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established logistics service provider based in Dubai specializing in freight forwarding Job Role: – Coordinate with Accounts, Transportation Team, C & F team, to ensure that smooth services are provided to clients from invoices, SOAs, and strong collections are done in a timely manner – Collect invoices from outsourced transport vendor/shipping lines through email/web login – Coordinate with the Transport and Sea Freight team for job and FRESA related updates – Responsible for the job audit to ensure that all shipments are billed to customers on time – Responsible for one day prior Original BL collection process & payment request process initiated in Accounts according to customer requirement and agreed terms

Requirements
Requirements: – 35 years old and below – Bachelor’s degree on Logistics related courses/corporate/business management – At least 2 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding – Must have Freight Forwarding/Shipping services experience as Client Relations/Customer Service/Account Manager How to Apply: Send your CV online.
