The Role
Position Title: Account Coordinator Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established logistics service provider based in Dubai specializing in freight forwarding Job Description: • Coordinate with Accounts, Transportation Team, C & F team, to ensure that smooth services are provided to clients from invoices, SOAs, and strong collections are done in a timely manner. • Collect invoices from outsourced transport vendor/shipping lines through email/web login • Coordinate with the Transport and Sea Freight team for job and FRESA related updates • Responsible for the job audit to ensure that all shipments are billed to customers on time. • Responsible for one day prior Original BL collection process & payment request process initiated in Accounts according to customer requirement and agreed terms

Requirements
Qualifications: • Knowledge and experience in MS office and any Logistics Management software • At least 2 years of UAE experience in Logistics or Freight forwarding industry • Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
