RSM AE Hiring for Experienced Supervisor (Business Process Outsourcing) Job at Dubai Full Time

The ideal candidate must have atleast 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting in the UAE. The candidate would be leading a team of experienced accounts and would be responsible for reviewing and finalising client deliverables. Accounting knowledge for trading as well as service industry companies is a must. The candidate should also be fluent with the UAE VAT laws and its treatment on accounting transactions. The candidate would also be in direct communication with our clients and hence verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate has to be a team player working with the team to meet and exceed client expectations. The candidate would also be expected to provide valuable feedback and suggestions to RSM management on improvisation and bringing in new ideas to increase efficiency and overall client experience.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Professionally qualified accountant with 3 years of UAE experience;
• Knowledge of IFRS;
• Communication skills;
• Experience in accounting software – Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally ERP, etc.
