Position OverviewThis role requires a professional with a strong background in business analysis and automation processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and implementing scalable RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate business workflows to identify automation opportunities and implement effective RPA solutions.Possess approximately 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, RPA Presales, and manual testing.Successfully executed around 50 RPA processes across Banking, Insurance, and IT sectors.Streamlined operations by reducing turnaround times, minimizing human errors, and enhancing overall business agility through intelligent automation.Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong problem-solving abilities.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, showcasing enthusiasm and a high level of commitment.Document client requirements effectively, understanding the impact of technical solutions in collaboration with platform SMEs.Engage in the preparation of AS IS and TO BE documentation, including SOPs, PDDs, SDDs, and use cases.Participate in effort estimation, project planning, and ROI calculations, while preparing status reports on a regular basis.Contribute to presales activities by identifying key automation areas, creating proposals, and planning implementation strategies.Hands-on experience with Functional UAT, Change Request Testing, and Regression Testing, including the creation and updating of test plans and strategies.Prepare BRDs and change request documents, along with conducting thorough requirement analysis and gap analysis.RequirementsPlease consider the following key requirements for this position:Immediate availability for onboarding.Willingness to participate in face-to-face interviews.Salary range: 12-15k.A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in banking processes with RPA.One-month notice period.Availability for weekend work if necessary.
