KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction from arrival through departure

• Meet and greet VIP guests personally

• Prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis

• Able to spot a sales opportunity to up sell products and service to existing or potential guests

• Have full knowledge of all products and is able to confidently give descriptions to a customer

• Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience and qualifications:

-Have a minimum of 1 year in hospitality

– organized both personally and professionally Have the ability to work well in a team

-Have good command of the English language (spoken and written) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

-Able to exercise good judgment with difficult guests

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
