PositionAs a Finance Administrator (Accounts Payable) you play a pivotal role in ensuring precise, punctual and highly efficient financial administration.Key responsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Handle Accounts Payable functions; keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Pay employees’ claims by verifying expense reports and preparing payments.Pay vendors by scheduling payments, ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit in due date, generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.Responsible for initiating weekly payment runs, analyses of accounts.Accurately record financial transactions in the ledger for the legal entities in the APAC region.Assist for the timely and accurate submission of periodic tax returns in close coordination with local tax advisors where necessary.Contribute to development and implementation of regional and global accounting policies with continued improvement to payment process.Your qualificationsDegree / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 3 years in experience.Able to attend to details, be organized, be meticulous with data entry skills.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, Twinfield experience will be a plus.Good administrative and coordination skillsDisciplined with time management abilities, accountable to deadlines.Must be a team player, with strong integrity.What we offerChallenging and varied work (full-time) at a fast-growing international company.
