We’re working with an exciting and heavily backed company who work with clients globally; ensuring they hold the best practices for their digital asset investments. The team are high-performing and consist of former employees of some of the world’s leading- and cutting-edge technology firms.

Due to expansion across the Middle East, they are now looking for a Technical Lead to further enhance their AI-driven gaming platform and build a high-performing team of engineers.

As a Technical Lead, responsibilities will include:

• Partner with Product Managers and a global product development team to help define the product vision, roadmap to implement an innovative solution for their many online card games in development
• Lead the design, development, testing and overall production process for critical projects
• Work closely alongside a remote high-performing engineering team
• Mentor, coach and supervise junior members of the team, as well as helping to bring on board new talent
• Lead the implementation of best software engineering practices and development methodologies such as CI/ CD, static code analysis and test coverage

As a Technical Lead, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Very good knowledge and experience working on C++
• At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role and leading project teams
• Proven experience with building CI/ CD pipelines
• Understanding and experience of Agile methodology and TDD
• Good knowledge on machine learning and reinforcement learning algorithms
• Familiar with GitHub
• Experience with AWS cloud is highly desirable
• Experience or knowledge of Python is also highly desirable
• An interest in card games and a forward-thinking attitude

This role can be remotely based if you are in Europe or hybrid working model if based in the UAE.
