A conglomerate in Dubai is currently looking to add a Talent Management executive to their Dubai based corporate HR team.


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Years of Experience
  • Working knowledge of a Talent Management system suite
  • Previous experience in L&D & Employee Engagement
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience Knowledge and Skills
  • Working knowledge of a Talent Management system suite
  • Advanced us of Microsoft suite – Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • High level of computer proficiency with exposure to HR software solutions implementation
  • Good command of oral and written English.
