Robert Walters is working with a multinational looking to hire a hands-on Senior Internal Control Analyst into their growing team in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in developing and executing annual control plans
- Review and test the financial and operational controls
- Identify business risks and opportunities for process improvement initiatives
- Review internal control documentation
- Identify internal control issues and present improvement plans and recommendations
- Be Involved in coaching/training to the organization on accounting, internal controls and company policies
- Involved in stakeholder management and business partnering
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting along with relevant qualifications (CPA, CIA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
- Must have experience working within a Big 4 in internal audit and risk advisory
- The candidate should be based in the UAE
