My client is a very well-regarded multinational logistics company with a long-standing presence in the UAE, who are currently in search of an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team in Dubai.

• You would be admitted to practice in a common-law jurisdiction (e.g. England & Wales, US, Australia, Canada) and have at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• You must have experience working at a major international law firm, or multinational organization.
• You would have prior experience and a strong track record of advising clients on the full range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on international matters, mergers and acquisitions, public tender, and commercial contracts.
• International candidates with the relevant experience are encouraged to apply, together with candidates already in the UAE.
