Currently working with an international equity crowd funding platform company, who are looking to hire a Back Office Manager. This individual will lead the back office activities such as administration and management of payment and client money processes, data aggregation and analysis, management and compliance-based reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Improve and optimise back-office processes
- Invoicing and revenue management
- Client money management and reconciliation and payments
- Investor/shareholder reporting
- Preparation of regular reports for regulators and auditors
- Data aggregation and analysis
- Administration and financial accounting
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar industry (e.g Fintech)
- Preferred experience in accounting or finance; Audit, Fund administration, Transaction Services, or similar departments, previous work as a controller/ FP&A etc
- Preferred experience with data visualisation tools
- Experience with task automation, data extraction and financial workflow management
