The Role
The Senior HR Manager will be a key member of the management team where you will create, lead and develop strong people and culture practices to ensure a positive employee experience. You will create a Talent Acquisition strategy which aligns with the core values and mission of the organisation.
This position is responsible for strengthening overall employee culture and driving change management at all levels throughout the organisation.

The Candidate
- 10 + years of HR management experience, ideally within management consultancy, legal or real estate.
- Expert advisor to business leaders on HR topics and issues
- Ability to provide a modern and forward-thinking mindset
Salary and Benefits
22,000 – 28,000 AED per month
