The Company
Robert half are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join an International Logistics business supporting the Managing Director. You must understand an international business as well as dealing with VVIPS and senior stakeholders. You will be expected to demonstrate strong organisational skills and act as gate keeper for business.
The Role
- Diary and inbox Management
- Coordinating high level group meetings
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Contract Management
- Acting as Managing Directors number 2
The Candidate
- 3/4 years PA experience
- Experience within another international business
- Fluent in English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with independence
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Aviation or Logistics background is beneficial
Salary and Benefits
Up to 20,000 AED per month, plus company benefits
