The Company
Robert Half International is working on an exclusive basis with an international financial services company based in Dubai. Due to business growth , they are looking to recruit a CIO to head up the software development team.
The Role
- Lead and drive the strategy and vision of the technology team
- Manage 3rd party suppliers/ vendors
- Maintain and create tech team practices and ensure they adhere to regulatory standards
- Manage the day-to-date activities of the technology team
- Evaluate and identify multiple solution design options for a range of projects
- Assist other relevant depts in using technology efficiently
- Manage technology budgets
The Candidate
- Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- SAP HANA experience
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A strong strategic and business mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Fluent in English
