KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Develop maintenance strategies, procedures and methods to help with installation and commissioningguidelines.# Plan and schedule planned and unplanned breakdown and preventive maintenance work# Direct, instruct and supervise maintenance technicians and supervisors.# Control maintenance tools and equipment.# Perform other related duties as assigned# Evaluate and verify employee’s performance through the review of the completed work assignments and worktechniques.# Coordinate activities by scheduling work activities, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinategroup leaders and employees.# Evaluate the accident buses damaged, which need to be repaired in the Authority body shop.# Supervise the accident buses damaged repairs.# Follow up daily with the Reception Section to finalize the accident buses damaged repairs procedures.# Identify staff development and training needs and ensure that training is obtained.# Ensure proper labour relations and conditions of employment is obtained.# Keep and maintain records of all vehicles entered and repaired in the workshop, equipments, and instructionsrelated to his job duties.

Education

# Bachelor degree in Engineering:
Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electromechanical from a recognizedUniversity.
