KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Assist in promoting Excellence awareness and the concepts of continual improvement across RTA.# Ensure the timely submission of business objectives to the concerned supervisor.# Prepare for the participation of RTA employees, projects, teams and organization in the DGEP yearly awards,starting with the nominations to the preparation of needed documents, training and rehearsals of eachnominee.# Monitor all the improvement actions along for their effectiveness.# Participate in some functional improvement teams as and when required.# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# Provide feedback to the management about the performance of the DGEP Assessments so that the same canbe reviewed for possible improvement of the system.# Prepare progress reports to the concerned manager about the performance of the DGEP Nominations so thatit can be reviewed for possible improvements.# Follow-up, coordinate and ensure the successful implementation and administration of Excellence Criteriaaccording to the DGEP requirement.# Participate in the execution of the internal Excellence self assessment
Education# Bachelor in Business Administration from a recognized University.Skills# Minimum 5 years of related experience# Quantitative and statistical skills to review analyze and present data in a format usable by non-quantitativeexecutives and decision makers.# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multipleconcurrent projects.# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamliningcomplex work processes.# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
