Room Service Order Taker

Rixos Preimum Dubai is looking for guest-oriented and responsible Room Service Order Taker.

  What you will be doing:

• Receiving food and beverage orders from guest via phone calls, or other electronic means.
• Offering additional food and beverage items with a purpose of upselling
• Checking with guest on a food allergy presence
• Coordinating with Room Service Waiters and Chefs about guest orders
• Assuring the guest order delivered on time without delays

Your experience and skills include:

• Prior work experience in a similar field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Telephone etiquette
• Computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and database applications.
• The ability to handle guest complaints in a professional and calm manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
• Superb time management skills and the ability to coordinate team activities.
