  • Distributing stocks of designated brands to stores
  • Reallocating stocks based on sales
  • Creating the Purchase Order
  • Processing the Invoices for the consigned Brands
  • Preparing GRN/Costing Sheet
  • Calculating brand specific incentives for retail staff
  • Handling inventory control
  • Stock Ageing analysis
  • Liaising with logistics and procurement team at the Principal end for shipment
  • Involving in Brand sponsored events
  • Coordinating for brand related training for retail staff
  • Handling customer queries
  • Assisting the Department with all aspects of day to day reporting

Profile

  • Graduate preferably in business management, accounts or computers
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills / Fluent in English
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of retail brands
  • Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
