RGA Hiring for Junior Claims Assessor Job at Dubai Full Time

The Junior Claims Assessor is responsible for the assessment of complex Life claims for RGA in the ME market and manage administrative responsibilities which includes data entering, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work effectively using tools, like MS Excel, word and Powerpoint. He/she must ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day claims operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the validity of claims referred by clients to RGA in a professional and timely manner
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s claims function and processes, and build strong relationships with their team members
• Tracking of claims bordereaux with clients/ Raptor Team
• Uploading and managing claims on Onbase.
• In -Force check for Life Claims
• Tracking of Covid 19 claims
• Pending claims Analysis
• Track productivity

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar or related role in the life insurance / reinsurance market
• Medical/ Nursing/ Pharmacy background
• Proficiency in Arabic and English – both written and spoken is preferable
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
