The claims administrative assistant responsibilities include entering data, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work effectively using tools, like MS Excel, word and Powerpoint. He/she must ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day claims operations.

Responsibilities

• Tracking of claims bordereaux (Health and Life) with clients/ Raptor Team
• Uploading of claims on Onbase and assigning it to the Claims Assessor.
• In -Force check for Life/ Health claims
• Tracking of Covid 19 claims
• Reconciliation of claims diary with claims bordereaux.
• Pending claims Analysis
• Responding to day-to-day queries from Raptor/ Admin team.
• Track productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor in any field
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
