Job Role: A property consultant assists customers in purchasing, selling, or renting real estate properties. They engage with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, evaluate market and property trends, and give professional recommendations on purchasing, selling, or renting properties.
key responsibilities:
Giving knowledgeable advice: Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including property trends, legal requirements, and financing possibilities. Capable of providing competent advise to customers on property purchases, sales, and rentals.
Analyzing the local real estate market to find suitable houses for customers. Doing market research, checking property listings, and determining property valuations are all part of this process.
Capable of creating visually appealing property listings that showcase the unique attributes of each home. Taking images, writing descriptions, and developing marketing materials are all part of the process.
Negotiation skills are required, as well as the ability to engage with buyers and sellers to establish mutually advantageous agreements and to draft contracts, examine proposals, and verify that all legal criteria are satisfied.
Must be responsive, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing frequent updates throughout the buying, selling, or renting transaction.
The ability to communicate in other languages is added advantage.
