• English & Arabic Speaker
• With relevant knowledge about drafting skills, labor laws in UAE, litigations, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
• Establishment of legal entity
• Provide legal advice regarding business operations and new project investment
• Draft, review, and amend a wide range of contracts, including Job Offer Letters, Memorandum of Agreement, Service Agreements, etc.
• Liaise with government authorities in preparation and completion of all legal documentation
• Translation of documents and other corporate works
