A good opportunity for a recent graduate to join the Restrata Dubai Team for a paid internship which provides support to the various business units within Restrata. You will be reporting to the VP Sales & Head MEA Operations and will have exposure to operations and business development. Visit https://www.restrata.com/about/
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Support the Business Support and Track Monitor Respond (TMR) units
- Send and receive courier requests
- Create purchase orders
- Assist with procurement
- Assist with the Office renewal documentation and process
Support the Business Development and Sales units
- Registrations on client portals
- Assist in producing proposals
- Assist in developing marketing materials
- Market intelligence and data collection
Support the Dubai office renovation project
- Answer incoming Restrata landline calls and forward the message to the relevant person
- Ad hoc requests
Requirements to apply
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor level degree
- Microsoft 365 skills
- Energetic and highly motivated
- You must have an excellent attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines and have the ability to prioritise your workload
Requirements:
- You must be based in Dubai with a valid UAE residency visa. Please do not apply for this position If you aren’t currently a resident of Dubai with a valid UAE residency visa sponsored by your husband or father which should be valid up to the end of May 2022.
- Restrata will provide a non-sponsored permit applicable to the DDA Freezone authority
