Responsible Senior Accountant Full Time

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing support to the principals in managing the financial aspects of reporting and audits.
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, CPA) who is very strong on IFRS and consolidating of accounts.
Very strong IFRS knowledge (Financial Instruments, Revenue Recognition and Leases)
Good knowledge in group accounting policy – to make sure consistent implementation across investment vehicles
Monitor inter-company transactions
Has consolidated finances for big groups of companies

Required Skills

Fully Qualified (CA / ACCA / CPA)
Experience in Real estate
Fluent in English, Arabic would be a plus
Big 4 Experience is a must.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant role
