Repton Junior School Dubai is seeking an outstanding Head of Mathematics for August 2023.
The role of Head of Subject is central to the academic and general life of the school. Academic departments are responsible for the delivery of the school curriculum within their subject disciplines. They fulfil their roles within and in support of school policies, under the direction of the appropriate Deputy Head. Subject to this, as much freedom and initiative as possible is given to departments for the development of their subjects.
The role of Head of Department comprises four areas, applicable from EYFS to Key Stage 2 subject areas, curriculum policy and development, teaching and learning, leadership and management, and administration.

About the Department
This is a wonderful opportunity for the successful candidate to join a well-established team who recruit the highest calibre of staff who understand that a student’s wellbeing, happiness and sense of purpose is at the core of their success.
Successful candidates will:
- Hold Bachelors of Education or PGCE with appropriate specialism, OR
- Hold Bachelors in subject relevant to teaching specialism plus PGCE in Primary Education
- Have experience teaching in a UK setting or renowned British Curriculum / international school
- Have appropriate experience which enables them to contribute to our school enrichment program
