Remy Cointreau Hiring for Travel Retail Trade Marketing Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

At Rémy Cointreau, we are looking for a highly motivated trade marketing manager based in Dubai to join our Travel Retail EMEA Team.

You will be responsible for regional trade marketing development and implementation to ensure brand visibility can be maximized in key airports.

You will also be the lead of regional sales associate team to gather consumer insights, shop performance and apply these knowledge into marketing decision making.

Responsibilities

• You will manage sales associates and dedicated staff within our retail partner to gather consumer insights and apply in marketing strategy making
• In liaison with marketing manager, execute annual customer marketing calendar and 360 programs to meet market needs to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• You will drive and lead trade marketing initiatives across digital, social media, in-store activations to merchandising to engage with our clients through full clients journey,
• You will facilitate cross functional collaboration between Retail and Commercial to deliver exceptional in store visibility, presence, and service,
• You will ensure the quality and consistency of our client facing execution across online and offline touchpoints (Merchandising),
• You will work closely with regional trade marketing team to develop new brand initiatives, sharing insights and monitor competition within industry
• You will manage regional marketing A&P and improve its efficiency through daily operation
• You will in charge of the preparation for various Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Meetings

Profile

• Graduated in Marketing (or equivalent)
• You have around 5 years of trade marketing experience in same industry or FMCG company ideally in Travel Retail and ready to step up in a dynamic market,
• You have a strong marketing & digital background, creative and willing to try new things,
• You are a Team player and have strong communication skills with all levels and cultures within an organization
• You have a strong eye to detail to detail and able to analysis easy figure/data
• You are result focused and problem solver
• You can work with autonomy, rigor & drive, willing to travel for market visits
• Fluent in English both oral & written, excellent knowledge of MS office skills
