Rely industries FZCO Hiring for Fit out / Joinery Production Supervisor at Dubai Full Time

Responsibilities
1. Verify issued production order, drawings, cut list and explain/distribute duties to each worker. Monitor workers productivity against target.
2. Conduct workshop meeting with section team and explain drawing / material details prior to production.
3. Coordinate with technical team for design/technical issues/value engineering.
4. Prepare material request and coordinate with store for material requirement Make sure that materials are ready available to avoid any delay in production.
5. Follow the production plan / Material schedule
6. Coordinate with maintenance department to close out section machine problems.
7. Identify NCR to support QA/QC department.
8. Coordinate with dispatch in charge to arrange the material delivery as per the priority.
9. Identify training needs in production and coordinate with QHSE department to conduct training programme.
10. Coordinate with CNC programmer for CNC machine production.
11. Fire rated door assembly, kitchen/vanity/wardrobe assembly
12. Ironmongery selection and fixing
13. Veneer book matching
14. Celling, floor, wall panel assembly.
15. Identify proper tools and equipment for each operation.
16. Follow RELY IMS system as per ISO standard and make sure the system is implemented effectively.
