Fit-Out Facility Engineer to work on Mega Projects for a leading Fit-Out company in Dubai.
A brand-new opportunity is available to work as a Facility Engineer for a recognized Fit-Out company in Dubai where you would be working on one of their high-profile projectscontracts in the middle east. This is a great opportunity that the client is offering with great chance for progression, growth, and development for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and organised individual with proven experience.

Role functions:

• Direct and integrate all aspects of the project
• Identify and coordinate resources needed
• Manage project budget including risk
• Risk Management and Financial Accountability
• Project process and construction documentation
• Effective handling of all clients requests during Defect Liability Period
• Monitoring DLP

Key requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 7 years Fit-Out Facility Engineering experience
• Experience in Fit-Out Project Management
• Degree in Project Management or related field
• Previous Gulf experience required
• Must be based in Dubai
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.
