This position plays a vital role in assisting our clients in securing top-tier talent within their respective fields.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute effective recruitment plans to attract high-caliber candidates.Identify and evaluate potential applicants through various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their staffing requirements and preferences.Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from job advertisement to onboarding.Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future vacancies.Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters.Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Demonstrated ability to source, interview, and secure high-quality candidates.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Job Type: Full Time
