- TechIntellect is currently recruiting a Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our team in Australia. Reporting to the Lead Engineer, the successful applicant will be part of a busy project team delivering multiple projects for our client.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions.
- Understand and develop results that meet the customer’s real needs.
- Deliver technical solutions that meet the scope of the project.
Skills and Experiences Required
- Experience in the design of automated or process control systems.
- Experience working in the energy, water, infrastructure or Food & Beverage sectors.
- PLC, SCADA, RTU/ Telemetry, HMI, IT/OT networking and variable speed drives experience.
- Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, Schneider and/or other programming and commissioning experience.
- SCADA experience is desirable
- Demonstrable experience integrating legacy systems.
- Knowledge of machine safety systems would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of drives and soft starters would be an advantage.
- Project management experience would be desirable.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
