To support their ambitious growth, we’re looking for an experienced and analytical Revenue Manager to join the dynamic team.Role Overview: As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies to maximize profitability. You will work closely with the commercial and data analytics teams to optimize pricing, forecast demand, and identify new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in the travel industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Revenue Management Strategy:Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across all travel products. Collaborate with the commercial team to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives. Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, including dynamic pricing models and ancillary revenue streams. 2. Pricing & Demand Forecasting:Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitive data to inform pricing strategies. Monitor and adjust pricing based on market demand and inventory levels. Develop accurate demand forecasts for different travel products, ensuring optimal inventory management. 3. Data Analysis & Reporting:Build and maintain revenue management reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for revenue optimization. Provide actionable insights to the executive team and support strategic decision-making. 4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory allocation to ensure optimal distribution across all sales channels. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and campaigns that drive revenue growth. Monitor booking windows and adjust inventory strategies to maximize revenue. 5. Channel Management:Manage relationships with distribution partners to ensure optimal product visibility and pricing. Evaluate the performance of distribution channels and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. Develop strategies to minimize distribution costs and maximize profitability. 6. Team Collaboration & Development:Work closely with the commercial, marketing, and data analytics teams to ensure cohesive revenue management strategies. Provide training and support to other departments on revenue management principles and practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Proficiency in data analysis and revenue management software (e.g., RMS, Excel). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of English UAE Experience is a must
