We are looking for female customer service representatives to join our client teams in UAE and Qatar.

Our client is a leading 5 stars medical clinic that specializes in Hair transplant consultations and procedures.

The Female Customer Service Representative, will act as a liaison, provide service information, answer clients’ questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

As a successful female customer service representative, you should be excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative with a constant approach to providing the best customer experience in the clinics.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and incoming visitors
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements and skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong communication skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma
• Good command of English and Arabic is a must

Package: a monthly salary of $1,200 – $1,300 per month plus a competitive commission, transportation, and accommodation is provided
