You will be responsible for
- Sales & Distribution plan by country as outlets coverage and portfolio productivity.
- Build, track and manage sales KPIs reports.
- Work with regional sales team to ensure best in class in-store execution through Vision Store and On Shelf Availability.
- Lead the development of sales capabilities on distributors sales team to guarantee in store execution excellence in key KPIs.
- Manage forecasting and shipments with distributors to reflect an accurate S&OP.
