Reports to: Regional Marketing & Strategy Director AME
The brands already hold market leading positions. You’ll make them even bigger. You’ll:
- Drive BU portfolio results across key markets in Africa Middle east – working with CDO as well as local Marketing Directors & brand teams
- Determine Africa Middle East (AME) level vision and strategy for the portfolio, based on size of prize and right to win
- Develop Big Bets at CMU level
- Lead business planning for the portfolio including Annual Planning Cycle as well as regular drumbeats and management meetings readiness
- Help create and implement Success Models & Best Practices across key markets in AME to enable best in class executions
- Drive innovation pipeline and create toolkits, coordinating with CDO and markets for maximum impact
- Create & drive penetration and share fight targets & trackers for key CMUs at region level, integrated into the operating model
