Real Meal Catering Services LLC Hiring for Chef de Partie (Female) Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) / Commis Chef to do the following Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute menus in collaboration with other colleagues
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at all times
• Place orders in a timely manner
• Manage ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis
• Follow the directions of the executive and sous chef
• Suggest new ways of presentation of dishes
• Suggest new rules and procedures for optimizing the cooking process
• Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with other colleagues and seniors
• Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions
• Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports
• Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved
• Assist in constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations
• Preparing the food items and meal components at your station
• Following directions provided by the head/executive chef
• Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service
• Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
• Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station
• Preparing the daily production charts making sure that quantities are filed in correctly and production is made accordingly
• Cook food as per set menu

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A Graduate in hospitality is preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years culinary experience
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthy meal preparation
• Strong English communication skills (verbal, listening, writing), innovative, pro-active and reliable
• Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation
• Must be available in UAE currently
• Looking for someone on own visa, visit visa or cancelled visa for immediate interview
• Should be available to join immediately

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
