We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Leasing Executive to join our client’s dynamic team at a prestigious real estate development and services company based in Dubai.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing leasing activities for a portfolio of premium properties. This role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and leasing activities for premium propertiesGenerate leads and conduct property viewingsNegotiate lease terms and maintain client relationshipsOversee the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to contract signingRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in sales and leasing within the real estate or construction sectorProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing leasing processes effectivelyStrong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approachProficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations is an advantage
