We are looking for Marketing cum Sales coordinator . The ideal candidate will be responsible for looking into sales coordination along with growing revenue through digital media designing , executing marketing campaigns and generating leads.

Job responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with sales team, communicating relevant information .
• Posting property ads on online portals.
• Preparing relevant documents.
• Tracking sales leads .
• Maintaining list.
• Managing while complying with legal paperwork procedures.
• Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
• Design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products.
• Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. Establishing, promoting, and maintaining company’s brand to generate business.
• Creation of landing pages for marketing the properties. Going on fields and clicking best pictures for marketing if required.
• Critical thinker with strong problem solving and research proficiencies. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Good in generating leads through marketing channel.
• In depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FrameMaker, Dreamweaver, HTML 5, CSS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
