The role involves assisting managers and employees, managing paperwork, coordinating appointments, communicating with clients, and maintaining databases. Role Description: · Managing contract renewals· Responding to all general queries via emails and calls· Handling company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supervise property advertisements.· Maintaining office filing system, ensuring the systematic storage and retrieval of documents.· Preparing move in and move out permits· Responsively handle all general inquiries received via email and phone, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.· Schedule appointments and greeting clients· Collaborate closely with senior management for daily workflow and enhance operational efficiency.· Assist in daily office needs and oversee a wide range of administrative activities.Requirement· Proven experience in Real Estate Admin positions · Good organizational skills with accuracy, attention to detail· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.· Proficiency in English is essential· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Available to join immediately.Benefits· Competitive salary ranging AED 4,000 – 5,000· Company Visa and Health insurance · Training and support· 30 days Annual Leave Only Candidates with UAE Real Estate experience will be considered for this role.
