Rashid Taqui Architects & Engineers Hiring for Draftsman Job at Dubai Full Time

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

· Generate Layout drawings from sketches and specifications.

· Use computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) tools and software and other softwares to create design and construction drawings.

· Must be sure that these drawings follow ordinances such as zoning laws, building codes and fire regulations.

· Preparation of working drawings, shop drawings and details according to our methods including: Floor plans, elevations, Construction Details, Furniture layouts.

· Any other drawings needed for the professional execution of the project.

· Relevant drawings for DM or DCD approval.

· Revise and update drawings to ensure consistent documentation of the project.

· Create manuals that describe existing products’ operation, features and maintenance.

Skill Set Experience

· 5 years UAE experience in Architectural and Engineering drawings, Designing & drafting

· Civil Draftsman Diploma/Certificate

· Software Skill: Auto CAD 2D & 3D

· Additional software skill as an advantage: 3D Max, SketchUP

· Experience in Hotels and Resorts is highly preferred

· Familiarity with the Dubai Building codes and regulations

· Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time delivering against tight deadlines

· Very well organized

· Flexible, proactive and reactive.
