Job Description
- 5+ years of SAP S/4 HANA HR Design and implementation Knowledge
- Experience in implementing at least one S/4HANA end-to-end implementation
- Expertise in Payroll, ESS/MSS, Recruitment functionalities
- Review and analyze existing business processes for improvements and efficiencies, as well as develop new processes and solutions within existing production applications, and evaluate and implement new business applications
- Leverage SAP experience and knowledge to support best practices with a proven understanding of process integration within the SAP landscape
- Provide hands-on support for various business groups through problem-solving, HR/Payroll configuration, functional documentation, testing, developing system documentation, and training materials
