Job Description:
1. Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts
2. Perform hiring need analysis
3. Perform job analysis for new positions
4. Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
5. Plan and implement procedures for improving the candidate experience
6. Managing recruitment process and hiring within lead time
7. Managing ad-hoc assignments related to Talent Acquisition
8. Onboarding new hires within lead time.
9. Continuously improving the talent acquisition process according to the requirements of the business.
Requirements:
1. Proven Real Estate Talent Acquisition experience of minimum 1 year
2. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
3. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strategic thinker
6. Bachelor Degree, preference given to those with Post Graduation specializing in HR
