Randstad CPE Hiring for Head Of Planning & Reporting Job at Dubai Full Time

Fantastic opportunity to work with a leading international Architecture andamp; Engineering Consultancy as they require an experienced Head of Planning andamp; Reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling the monthly project financial reporting cycle, driving the revenue recognition policies and procedures and issuing project financial reports, providing guidance on project accounting to the accounting and operations teams, and engaging in monthly project reviews
• Handling the monthly financial reporting cycle and issuing financial reports for management and Board
• Adhoc reporting as and when requested, including reports requested by operations, management, board, committees, banks, auditors, consultants, etc…
• Performing routine and non-routine financial analysis, including monthly budget variance analysis, breakeven analysis, sensitivity analysis, benchmarking analysis, etc…
• Financial modelling and scenario simulations
• Handling the annual budgeting cycle and issuing Pandamp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow budgets
• Handling the quarterly budget reforecasts
• Supporting the business planning activity by handling the financial forecasting models for Pandamp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Managing the cost accounting system, including standard costing rate, project breakdown structures, cost center structures

Requirements:

• IFRS knowledge and experience especially IFRS15 and IFRS9
• Knowledge and experience in cost accounting in Aandamp;E or services industry
• Knowledge and experience in Deltek or a similar ERP used in the industry
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with data functionalities and activities, including extracting data, data cleansing, data analytics, etc…
• Excel mastery
• A “doer” style in work engagement
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with Operations, providing support, guidance, and challenge
