Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greeting and directing patients to examination rooms.
• Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls.
• Informing patients about delays and waiting times.
• Obtaining patients’ addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.
• Updating and verifying patient information at every visit.
• Assisting patients in filling out patient history forms, consent forms, and payment contract forms, when necessary.
• Receiving and processing cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered.
• Reviewing patient accounts, identifying delinquent accounts, and collecting overdue payments.
• Answering, investigating, and/or directing patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate medical staff member.
• Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
• Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when necessary.
• Bridge between Doctor and Patients when required
• Act as a translator
• Evaluating the Insurance cards and coordinating with the concerned department.
• Scheduling appointments to the doctor in line with their availability
• Following up with the patients on their appointments
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the patient treatment
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of his/her job

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Excellent Computer Literacy skills is required
• Must have good verbal and written Communication Skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.
• Must be self-motivated (self-starter), flexible, and able to demonstrate strong time management skills
