Responsibilities:

• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat and Google Platforms.
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Quality of photography and image resolution.
• Expertise in Graphic Design, Copywriting, Videography and Photography,
• Basic knowledge for cutting video material (Final cut, Premiere…)
• Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Reviewing raw material to determine shot list.
• Manipulating video footage using modern editing techniques.
• Inserting dialogue, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
• Simple design tasks like removing backgrounds from images.
• Custom Graphics for frequent marketing materials, like emails, blogs, and other communications.
• Edit video clips for use on social media platforms, websites, and mobile apps.
• Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction.
• Manage timelines and prioritization of workload and know when to ask for direction.
• Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms, websites, and mobile apps.
• Strong color correction and grading skills.
• Pay close attention to details, ensuring projects are scoped and scaled to hit deadlines.
• Be an excellent, creative, reliable, professional, positive, intelligent, and fun team member.
• Possess an array of video editing skills.
• Be proficient with the use of video cameras/video software packages.
• Be able to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
• An expert in Adobe Creative Suite (graphic design and animation)
• Aid and consult marketing team on more involved video projects that may arise, which would require production teams.
• Consulting with the Marketing team throughout.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

· A minimum of 0-1 years’ experience in a digital marketing position and also in graphic design

· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

· Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

· Proven graphic designing experience

· Demonstrable graphic design skills and expertise, with a strong portfolio

· Thorough knowledge of up-to-date software in Proficiency with camera equipment

· Excellent knowledge of mirrorless cameras , flash photography and gimbal moves.

· Experience in food photography

· Excellent knowledge of HDR Photography and AEB

· Experience with lighting equipment’s and editing.

· Experience producing, filming and editing small solo projects, in addition to working in larger teams with full crews.
