We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Broker to serve as a point of reference between property owners/developers and prospective buyers. You will assist in promoting the properties/units for sale and offer advice to interested buyers. The goal is to forward and secure a mutually satisfactory agreement.-Minimum of 6 months experience on the same field-Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker for off plan and secondary market-Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively-Good communication skills-Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation-Proven track record of sales-Multi language skills is a plus, but mainly can speak English well-We offer higher commission up to 70%-Sim will be provided for national & international calls-Efficient leads generation from the company-Transportation allowance for qualified applicantSkillsAdvertising properties through a variety of marketing techniquesEvaluating the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availabilityMediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.Coordinate property auctions or exchanges.Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
