We are committed to providing a working environment that promotes work-life balance, career development, recognition and security for the future.In line with our strategy, a major part of our transformation journey is to future proof our bank and establish ourselves as a ‘Digital bank with human touch’, for our customers.So, join us in co-creating the future of RAKBANK!What You Will Be DoingDevelop partnerships strategy which identifies the key partnership areas (what) within the context of market developments, banks, and competitors’ positions (why) alongside with commercialization model (for the bank and for the potential partners) and the major partner potentials in the market (how).Effectively communicate the value proposition of partnership opportunities and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Maintain a broad understanding of various business sectors and industries to identify partnership opportunities across diverse markets.Approach potential partners in the selected and approved partnership areas with well-defined and articulated objectivesDevelop customized pitch decks for each potential partner taking into account needs of the potential partners and presenting what a partnership with the bank would mean to them.Utilize your influence and persuasion skills to drive alignment with all levels of potential partners across all level including Executives, CEO’s and owners .Coordinate with all product and services groups within Personal Banking group as well as all other internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.Execute partnership agreements in close collaboration with the bank’s Legal department, compliance department as well as relevant product groups.Manage P & L for partnerships executed and prepare all required reporting to the senior management.Ensure timely update of all internal and external documentations – product papers, proposals, operating procedures, terms & conditions, S&P, fees and pricing details, product features.For all established partnerships, be the single point of contact on behalf of the bank for the partners, while coordinating all required activities with internal stakeholders in the bankEnsure all MI and reporting for partnerships is accurately prepared and submitted in accordance with laid down requirements ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.Monitor performance of all partnerships against the approved business cases, develop and execute action plan to mitigate any risk of missing the budgeted performance indicators, ensure protective measures of exit clauses do exist, recommend exit if performance of any partnership consistently is below required standards.What You Should HaveTrack record of partnership management and development.Ability to communicate the value proposition of partnership opportunities.Broad understanding of retail banking products and services.Relationship management skills.Experience in navigating diverse markets and sectors.What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s in business administration or related field.Minimum 15 years’ experience in retail banking.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to manage partnerships and execute projects.Excellent organizational and people management skillsWhat’s In It For YouPay for performance culture (Competitive and performance-linked compensation)Provision of medical care plan for your family and youComprehensive Life insurance planDiverse workforce and inclusive cultureCareer development and growth opportunities by designWork with the best minds in the fieldGet opportunities to bring your whole-self to the organization and perform to your best
