We are committed to providing a working environment that promotes work-life balance, career development, recognition and security for the future.In line with our strategy, a major part of our transformation journey is to future proof our bank and establish ourselves as a ‘Digital bank with human touch’, for our customers.So join us in co-creating the future of RAKBANK!What You Will Be DoingAct as the primary contact for the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO), managing communications with executives, employees, clients, and external partners.Handle and draft correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the GCFO.Manage the GCFO’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Proactively perform complex, confidential, and sensitive administrative tasks to support divisional operational goals.Handle invoice submissions, payment follow-ups, and petty cash management.Coordinate with HR on recruitment processes, staff exits, and other administrative functions.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and analysis for executive and board meetings.Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, and coordination with internal/external contacts.Maintain filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Provide general office management support, including inventory and asset management.
