Responsible for building personas, resulting in personalized and optimized targeting.What You Should HaveIdeate, plan and implement portfolio campaigns and achieve growth in key portfolio metrics for all the bank productsManage and track the BTL campaigns (Email, SMS, Calling), data listing extraction, track and report campaign performances Support the Cross Sell Analyst with the Lead Management System activities, responsible for driving high conversions through incoming leads from customers via various banking touch points, as well as cold calling campaign leads distributed to various telecalling channels.Prepare the deck for Lead Management Council chaired by the MD and Chief Customer Officer, and provide insights from the campaigns and action the feedback from the council members to improve the campaigns and processesLead the targeting ETB customers through specialized AI-ML campaigns designed using models created by the Data Science teamSupport various product teams with key portfolio analytics resulting in targeted campaigns that helps business maintain a healthy portfolio bookWork closely with Marketing, sales, data center and other teams for successful execution and tracking of the campaignsIdentify opportunities to improve customer product holding ratioEnsure a healthy customer lifecycle through constant monitoring of customer’s 360 degree profile and product portfolios.Create demographic lifestyle profiles and segmentation of the customer base to report Customer behaviour trends, customer profitability, and X-sell opportunitiesPlanning, executing and tracking BTL campaigns using data from different sources and AI-ML model outputs.Create insightful presentations and drive the Lead Management council for Senior ManagementExecute Portfolio engagement plan/calendar and work towards effective customer engagement while driving revenueConstantly review and fine-tune ongoing and fulfilled campaigns for better performanceWhat We Are Looking ForAt least 3 – 5 years of experience in Campaign Management with at least 6 months experience in analytics and product/portfolio management.SAS, SQL and Python experience requiredReporting and Data Modelling experience preferredSAS, SQL and Python experience requiredReporting and Data Modelling experience preferred.A high level of product knowledge / skills and the ability to develop and manage product initiatives / strategies which contribute to business goals.Detailed knowledge of Banking product lifecycle, including origination, performance, delinquency and closures.What’s In It For YouPay for performance culture (Competitive and performance-linked compensation)Provision of medical care plan for your family and youComprehensive Life insurance planDiverse workforce and inclusive cultureCareer development and growth opportunities by designWork with the best minds in the field.
