Across our global operations, we employ approximately 12,000 employees from more than 40 nationalities.We are a publicly listed company on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in the United Arab Emirates and on the Dhaka Stock Exchange in Bangladesh.The roleAs a Retail Sales Executive, you will work in our showroom to provide a personalized, solution-based approach to customer needs and lead our vision of being the leader in the industry.Your success will be measured by individual productivity as well as overall store performance.What you will be doingNot only are you the first-person customers meet when they enter the store, but you’re also the person who guides them — advising, selling, and even setting up their new products if need be.You will engage our customers by showcasing our products and helping them discover how they can use our products and transform their living spaces.You effectively use CRMs to build and maintain accurate customer account information, manage relationships, opportunities, and tasks, and develop customer insights based on best practices.You act as a subject matter expert among peers on customer needs and solutions.You seek, analyze, interpret, and share feedback from customers to continually improve the customer experience including working closely with the Quality team for any product complaints and ensuring their closure.You’re quick on your feet and able to influence the right people both inside and outside of the company to seamlessly ensure a smooth customer experience.Always stay on top of news about products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions.Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality service, products, cash handling and store safety and security.
