The role will also verify implementations and effectiveness of all Standard requirements. Verifications of effectiveness in accordance with ISO:9001-2015 and the applicable quality plan and associate procedures. What you will be doingDevelopment and training of quality controllers.Preparation of investigation and auditing reports.Continues inspection of materials and finished goods to comply with standards.Creation of improvement reports, budget strategy, quality performance, KPI & targets.Participate, review and process developmental plans for new products.Track, Record, Review and Report all issues identified as a result of monitoring activities and scheduled inspections.What we are looking forProblem solving and decision making.Customer focus (internal & external).SAP-Excel-PowerPoint proficiency.Knowledge of tiles production.Our ideal matchBachelors degree in Engineering/Quality/Ceramics with ISO 9001 certification.5-7 years of exposure in the QA/QC ceramics industry.Proven record of knowledge and usage of SAP ERP.RAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
